The District of Sicamous Development Corporation (DOSDC) Annual General Meeting will be held on July 9, 2025 at 5 p.m. in Council Chambers (446 Main Street). This meeting is open to the public both in-person at Municipal Hall and online via Zoom.
The District of Sicamous Development Corporation’s mandate is to help advance the District of Sicamous’ financial, social, business and community goals through the development of the district’s surplus land holdings, strategic acquisition of properties for redevelopment, and the acquisition of income-generating properties.
The Annual General Meeting will include:
- Business Summary Presentation
- Public Question Period
- Election of Directors
- Financial Statements Approval
- Appointment of Auditors
- Annual Reference Date Determination
